Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
✔ Unused and in its original packaging
✔ In the same condition as received
✔ Includes all accessories, manuals, and original tags (if applicable)
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If your return is refused due to signs of use or damage, we will notify you and may offer a partial refund or return the item back to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

Cancellations
